The Dolben Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our Naples, FL team. You will respond to inquiries, interview prospective residents, conduct site tours, and prepare lease paperwork while maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, weekend availability, and a positive, professional appearance. Experience in property management or related industries is valued, with proficiency in MRI, YARDI, and Nexus preferred.

Qualifications

• A college degree (preferred but not required).
• 1-3 years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred).
• Sharp and professional appearance.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Take a prospect from traffic to resident.
• Process all rental paperwork.
• Ensure the property is kept in excellent condition.
• Help manage the property’s social media and coordinate resident events.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive.
