The Dolben Company, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for its Naples, FL community of 270 apartment homes. You will respond to inquiries, interview prospects, conduct tours, and complete lease paperwork while ensuring excellent resident experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in property management or related fields, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MRI/YARDI/Nexus. Weekend work and a professional appearance are expected.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred).
• Sales aptitude.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to telephone inquiries and interview prospective residents.
• Conduct site tours and prepare lease paperwork.
• Complete data entry and lease processing.
• Maintain high closing ratios and collect deposits.
• Support social media and coordinate resident events.
• Strive for positive resident interactions and brand loyalty.
