Dolben is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our North Conway, NH community of 228 apartment homes. You will respond to inquiries, interview prospects, conduct tours, and handle lease paperwork and data entry to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Proficiency with industry software MRI, YARDI, Nexus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to telephone inquiries and interview prospective residents.
• Conduct site tours and prepare lease paperwork.
• Data entry for lease records and resident information.
• Maintain property presentation and respond to inquiries to support occupancy.
• Coordinate community events and social media as needed.
