Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience is required.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• High prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.
