In a fast-paced, team-based environment, you’ll manage CRM data, coordinate with the community, and support move-ins. The role offers commission potential and housing discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales/leasing targets.
• Strong follow-up and multitouch outreach.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs and close.
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve leasing and occupancy targets.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
• Support office presentation and model readiness.
