Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Support in marketing and outreach efforts.
