Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations across properties. The role requires onsite presence, regular tours, and processing of leases.

You will greet prospects, qualify applicants, and sign leases while supporting marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals. The position emphasizes customer service and teamwork within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct tours, generate leads, and follow up to close leases.
• Maintain leasing paperwork and assist with audits and turn processes.
• Respond to resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Support development of resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
