Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required; you will show, lease, tour, and sign leases, and handle leasing paperwork before move-in.

Responsibilities include managing prospect traffic, responding to leads within 24 hours, and using established sales strategies to reach leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits, walking units and the turnover process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and meet leasing goals.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed and address resident complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs and in maintaining a clean and orderly property office and model.
