Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Redmond, WA. You will engage prospective residents, showcase apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process to deliver an excellent resident experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and comfort with on-site tours and leasing paperwork. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–5pm, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Ability to walk and inspect units on-site in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants.
• Conduct property tours highlighting features, layouts, and amenities.
• Provide information about local schools, shopping, recreation, and transportation.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure documentation.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Maintain updated listings of available units and create ads for vacancies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training.
