Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Redmond who will handle all leasing, marketing, and resident relations on-site. You will greet and qualify prospective residents, tour the community, prepare leases, and complete move-in paperwork, while supporting outreach and market analysis.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of housing laws and OSHA. It offers a full-time, on-site position with benefits and potential commissions.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Maintain model units; complete leasing paperwork and follow up with leads.
• Attend onsite daily and manage resident relations and service requests.
• Assist in marketing and outreach; track traffic and leasing data.
