Job summary

Allied Residential in Seattle is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to engage prospects, tour available apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process while delivering an outstanding resident experience.

You will assess housing needs, present community amenities, handle leases and deposits, and support occupancy goals through proactive marketing and accurate property presentation. On-site work and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Yardi.
• Basic math skills (rates, ratios, and percentages).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site and inspect units.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants.
• Conduct property tours and highlight features.
• Provide local area information (schools, shopping, transportation).
• Prepare and process leases, deposits, and documents.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain listings and create ads to promote vacancies.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
