Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, real estate or property mgmt preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and conduct personalized tours to prospective residents.
• Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into leases.
• Provide excellent customer service and help build a sense of community.
