Live Bryten is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Villas de la Terraza in Albuquerque, NM. You’ll welcome residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while coordinating with maintenance and sales teams. A strong focus on service and community engagement is essential.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with preference for college coursework. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic PM software will help you succeed on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous leasing experience or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software helps.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications and lease renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Support marketing efforts to maintain occupancy goals and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
