Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Albuquerque, NM. You will be the face of the community, showing apartments and closing leases while ensuring exceptional resident service.

The role supports growth across multiple sites in the Albuquerque area with rotating weekday hours and weekend duties. Candidates should have at least 1 year in leasing or a related customer-facing role in sales, hospitality, or retail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing or related sales/guest-facing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain unit options and features to prospects.
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and guests.
• Greet visitors warmly and professionally.
• Maintain property knowledge and close leases.
• Prepare and process lease paperwork and move-in keys.
• Enter resident data into internal systems.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve concerns.
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities.
• Visit locators and local businesses to promote the property.
