Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Villa Hermosa in Albuquerque, NM, a 288-unit tax-credit community. You’ll engage prospects by phone, in person, and online, present properties, and guide applicants through the leasing process while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.

You will conduct tours, maintain presentation standards, and assist with marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong people skills and professional demeanor.
• Basic math for rent calculations and fees.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; may require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Present available units, close leases, and follow up with prospects.
• Ensure homes are clean and tour-ready for tours.
• Know local schools, hospitals, banks, shopping and amenities; communicate to prospects.
• Enter data in Yardi PMS and assist with application processing.
• Participate in off-site marketing and occupancy initiatives.
• Support community events and resident retention efforts.
