The role emphasizes occupancy goals, outreach, and community engagement, plus supporting the manager with daily tasks and upholding a friendly, professional image.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and contribute to positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager/Leasing Manager with daily operations.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
