Job summary

Bryten's The Cameron in Denver is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents and deliver exceptional service across tours, inquiries, and move-in processes.

You will process applications, maintain files, coordinate with maintenance, support marketing efforts, and help uphold fair housing standards while fostering an inclusive community. Strong organization and communication are essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related docs accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through exceptional service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to uphold high community standards.
• Assist with marketing and outreach to hit occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
