Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite presence is required as part of delivering exceptional leasing experiences and meeting occupancy goals.

The role involves showing units, signing leases, processing paperwork, and maintaining strong data on leads and market conditions. A strong customer service focus and knowledge of Fair Housing laws are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Close sales by scheduling tours, generating leads, and following up on inquiries.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move‑in and assist with lease audits.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plan execution and market surveys to drive property traffic and occupancy.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle resident inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and manage office cleanliness.
