Job summary

Nationwide Realty Investors, the real estate development affiliate of Nationwide, seeks a Leasing Consultant to support premier communities in Columbus. You will greet prospects, qualify rentals, and guide residents from inquiry to signed lease, ensuring a high-touch customer experience.

You will handle applications, coordinate with maintenance and management, and promote the benefits of Arena District/Grandview Yard communities while building relationships with residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior leasing or sales experience required.
• Knowledge of fair housing and landlord-tenant law.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles phone inquiries and meets appointment conversion goals.
• Greets and qualifies prospects.
• Inspects models and available units daily.
• Prepares lease paperwork and coordinates with management.
