Job summary

Metropolitan Holdings seeks a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our property management team in Columbus. You will conduct tours, identify resident needs, and communicate community features and benefits to prospective residents.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining records, processing lease documents, and supporting occupancy goals through proactive follow-up and sales techniques. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales, leasing, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn property management software and systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging property tours and communicate community features and benefits.
• Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and related documents.
• Support occupancy and leasing goals through proactive follow-up and sales techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents and team members.
