Job summary

Nationwide Realty Investors, the real estate development affiliate of Nationwide, owns and manages a portfolio of communities in premier locations such as Arena District and Grandview Yard. As a Leasing Consultant, you will establish relationships with prospective tenants, present the property, process applications, and work with current residents to encourage renewals and build a vibrant community.

• Education: High school diploma.
• Experience: Prior leasing or sales experience required.
• Knowledge: Understands fair housing laws and state landlord-tenant law.

Responsibilities

• Handles phone inquiries and meets company goals for appointment conversion.
• Greets and qualifies prospects by covering all criteria.
• Inspects models and available units daily.
• Updates availability report and processes applications for approvals.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and closes the sale.
• Secures new residents' signatures and orients them to the community.
