Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospective tenants, explain property features, and facilitate smooth lease transactions in Webster, TX. You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and negotiate lease terms while maintaining high occupancy and exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include marketing properties, screening applicants, preparing lease paperwork, and coordinating move-ins with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to ensure move-in readiness.
• Produce weekly, monthly and special reports.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
