Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Webster, TX to attract and screen prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms. You will promote available units, ensure high occupancy, and provide excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and organization. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for weekends are preferred, with support for growth within the property management team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience is strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants.
• Provide information about available properties and conduct tours.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries; schedule appointments.
