ZRS Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant in Manor, TX to attract and screen prospective tenants, market available properties, and negotiate lease terms. You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth move-in while keeping occupancy high and relationships positive.

You will work with the Property Manager to promote the community, explain policies, and prepare lease paperwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Lease properties to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries (in person, phone, email).
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain resident relations.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports.
