ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract qualified tenants, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms while ensuring a smooth move-in process. You will collaborate with the property manager and team to maintain high occupancy and strong resident relations.

The role requires strong communication, sales and customer service skills, with the ability to work evenings and some weekends. Knowledge of property management software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information on available properties.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms to achieve high occupancy.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents to ensure smooth move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email; schedule appointments.
• Stay informed about local rental market trends and industry regulations.
