Davis Development is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help market properties and lease units to prospective residents. You will greet applicants, qualify needs, prepare lease documents and screen applicants to determine eligibility.

You will inspect models and ready units daily, conduct outreach marketing, and stay aware of local market conditions. Collaboration with Community Managers is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience required.
• 1+ years of customer experience required.
• 1+ years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across channels.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents, qualify their needs and preferences.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to meet standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends to advise marketing strategies.
• Complete lease applications and verify applicant information.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports and market surveys.
• Ensure property appearance meets standards through daily inspections and reporting.
