Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 in Davis, CA is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by delivering world-class resident experiences. You will turn tours into leases through proactive follow-up, compelling tours, and sharp knowledge of pricing and availability.

In this fast-paced, team-oriented role, you’ll manage leases, maintain CRM accuracy, and support community operations while pursuing growth and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Experience with CRM such as Yardi/Entrata/RealPage.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion; maintain pricing/availability knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Peak & your community.
• Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect.
• Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals.
• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
• Support office presentation and model readiness.
• Assist with annual turn process and move-in/out events.
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and competition.
