Job summary

Davis Development in Kingwood, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help lease our luxury apartment communities. You will greet prospects, qualify needs, and prepare lease documents while efficiently screening applicants.

Daily tasks include inspecting models, marketing units, and assisting with reporting to the Community Manager. The role requires 1+ year sales and customer service experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• 1+ year of customer experience.
• 1+ year of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying seniority and teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and qualify their needs and preferences.
• Inspect models and make-ready units daily to ensure standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends to advise on marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Complete lease applications and process verifications; notify applicants of results.
• Assist Community Manager with daily/weekly reports and market surveys.
• Ensure property appearance meets standards by daily inspections and reporting to Community Manager.
