Davis Development is seeking a Leasing Professional for Mio District West in Richmond, TX. You will market properties, screen applicants, and prepare lease documents to lease units and support residents in a luxury multifamily setting.

The role requires 1+ year sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and a proactive mindset. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Leasing or property management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with urgency and initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents, qualify needs and determine preferences.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to meet standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Monitor local sub-market conditions and trends to advise on marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Complete lease applications, verify applications and notify results.
• Assist Community Manager with daily/weekly reports and surveys.
• Ensure appearance and physical standards of the community by daily inspections and reporting.
