Job summary

Davis Development in Kingwood, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help fill our luxury apartment communities. You will greet prospects, qualify needs, prepare lease documents, and screen applicants to determine suitability.

The role requires 1+ years in sales and customer service, strong communication, and computer skills. You will conduct market outreach, inspect models, and support managers with reports to improve occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience required.
• One or more years of customer experience required.
• One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to ensure they meet standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions and trends to advise marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Complete lease applications, process verifications, notify applicants of results.
• Support Community/Assistant Manager with daily/weekly reports and market surveys.
• Ensure property appearance meets standards by daily inspections and reporting.
