Qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience required.
• One or more years of customer experience required.
• One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across levels inside/outside the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, qualify needs and preferences.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to meet standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions and trends and advise on marketing property.
• Complete all lease applications, process verifications and notify applicants of results.
• Assist Community Manager with daily/weekly reports and surveys.
• Ensure appearance and physical standards of the community through daily inspections.
