Job summary

Dominium seeks a Leasing Consultant for Vista Ridge in Phoenix, AZ. You will engage with prospects via phone, email, and in person to present units, conduct tours, and close leases while maintaining Fair Housing compliance.

Responsibilities include guiding applicants through the rental process, documenting interactions in Yardi PMS, and supporting marketing initiatives to meet occupancy goals. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases following company standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and prepare units for tours; ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Know property features and local amenities; communicate effectively to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; accurately enter data in Yardi PMS.
• Guide customers through application completion and gather required documents for housing eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Support community events and resident retention efforts; complete tasks from supervisor.
