Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours for prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through the complete rental process and follow up on status.
• Communicate via email, phone, and in person to create memorable resident experiences.
• Maintain resident files, process rental payments, and track availability and pricing.
• Foster a world-class community experience reflecting Mark-Taylor’s brand standards.
