Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Vista Ridge in Phoenix, AZ. This role blends customer service with sales, driving apartment leases and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You will greet prospects, present units, and guide applicants through the housing process while upholding Fair Housing guidelines. The team emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and community engagement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Basic math for rent calculations, deposits and fees.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents by phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide tours.
• Present available units, close leases, and conduct timely follow-up.
• Ensure properties look clean and presentable for tours.
• Maintain knowledge of local features and communicate them to prospects.
• Assist customers with application completion per policies and document interactions in PMS.
• Support marketing activities and community events.
