Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join Suncrest Vista at Canyon Trails in Goodyear, AZ. The role blends customer service with sales, guiding prospective residents through tours and the application process, while adhering to Fair Housing guidelines.

You will present properties, build rapport, and support occupancy goals. Evening and weekend availability may be required, with a focus on delivering excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units and close leases following company standards; perform timely follow-up with prospects.
• Ensure homes are clean and presentable for tours; maintain knowledge of property features and local amenities.
• Document interactions in Yardi PMS; guide customers through the application process for affordable housing eligibility.
• Assist with marketing activities to support occupancy goals and participate in community events.
