Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Suncrest Vista at Canyon Trails, a 261‑unit community in Goodyear, AZ. You will engage with prospective residents by phone, in person and online to present properties and close leases, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining standard sales practices.

The ideal candidate has a high school education, strong communication skills, basic math ability, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic math skills for rent calculations, deposits, and fees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Presents available units, closes leases following company standards, and follows up with prospects.
• Inspects and cleans homes scheduled for tours and ensures tour path is presentable.
• Maintains knowledge of property features, local schools, hospitals, banks, shopping, transportation, and amenities; communicates these to prospects.
• Adheres to Fair Housing laws; completes Guest Cards and enters data in Yardi PMS.
• Guides customers through the application process and collects required documentation for affordable housing eligibility.
• Participates in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Supports community events and resident retention efforts; completes projects assigned by supervisor.
