Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a sales focused position.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Knowledge of local leasing laws and fair housing regulations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present apartments to prospects via tours, calls, and emails.
• Identify, attract and qualify potential tenants with the team.
• Market vacant units using listings, social media, signage and events.
• Communicate features, pricing, availability, and lease terms clearly.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process to signed leases.
• Stay informed on local rental market and trends.
• Assist with resident retention and community events.
