Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to act as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community in East Lansing. You will drive occupancy and revenue by delivering world-class resident experiences and closing deals in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

The role requires a motivated closer who can manage leads, tours, and renewals, while maintaining strong knowledge of pricing and competitive offerings. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Demonstrated ability to close leases and convert leads.
• Experience using CRM systems for follow-up and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs and close deals.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversions.
