The role emphasizes relationship-building, attention to detail, and fast-paced teamwork. On-site hours are standard with some Saturday coverage, and compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions and renewal incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a sales-focused position.
• A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong understanding of local leasing laws and fair housing regulations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present available apartments to prospective residents through tours and outreach.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to attract and qualify tenants.
• Market vacant units using online listings, social media and events.
• Communicate features, pricing, availability, and lease terms clearly.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to signed lease.
• Maintain knowledge of local rental market and competitor communities.
• Perform model unit inspections to ensure attractive presentation.
• Assist with resident retention and ongoing customer service.
