Job summary

Royal American Companies in Memphis, TN is seeking an Entry Leasing Consultant to join our team. Under supervision, you will assist in advertising, leasing, and resident relations to promote occupancy and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include welcoming residents, screening prospects, processing leases, collecting rents, coordinating move-ins/outs, and providing responsive customer service. A High School diploma and basic computer skills are required; familiarity with One Site is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create positive, welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Assist in development and implementation of resident services programming.
• Enter and track service requests using maintenance software.
• Screen and lease prospective residents in line with policies.
• Prepare market surveys and traffic reports.
• Process lease renewals and move-in/out procedures.
• Collect rents and other monies due to the property.
• Respond to calls from residents and corporate office.
