Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Olathe, KS. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals while delivering strong resident service to maximize occupancy and retention.

Role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to handle confidential information; prior leasing or sales experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and complete paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and conduct property inductions.
• Maintain confidential resident files and weekly leasing reports.
• Support management with clerical duties and vendor invoices.
