Madison Apartment Group seeks a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and drive the leasing process from qualification to move-in. You will ensure a welcoming community atmosphere and coordinate with maintenance for timely service.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales and communication skills, at least two years of leasing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/Yardi. This on-site role offers growth and engagement with residents and events.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales/leasing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/Yardi preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Real Estate License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for residents and guests.
• Lead property tours, show vacant units, and market amenities to close leases.
• Handle all leasing and move-in activities, including qualifying prospects and preparing lease documentation.
• Assist in planning resident functions and community events.
• Maintain knowledge of the market and generate prospects through advertising and follow-up.
• Manage resident service requests and coordinate with maintenance staff.
