TRG Management is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to join our apartment communities. You will market available units, conduct tours, process applications, and explain lease terms to prospective residents while maintaining exceptional service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales aptitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. Weekend availability is required, and a high school diploma is preferred.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
• Address resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests.
• Help market the property through social media, community outreach, and advertising.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Meet monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals.

The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. This role involves marketing available units, conducting property tours, processing lease applications, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring a positive resident experience while helping achieve occupancy goals.
