Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show models, tour communities, qualify prospects, and sign leases while maintaining positive resident experiences.

You will conduct tours, close leases, complete paperwork, and support marketing strategies to drive traffic and meet leasing goals. Regular onsite attendance and a customer-focused approach are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing paperwork and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
