Job summary

Valiant Residential in Granbury, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant who handles leasing, retention, and occupancy while delivering customer-focused service to visitors, prospects, and residents.

You will greet prospects, prepare lease paperwork, process applications, coordinate move-ins, monitor renewals, and support a collaborative team with strong English communication and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Operate MS Office and community software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs.
• Process applications and deposits; follow Fair Housing requirements.
• Update availability reports and process approvals.
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Accept rental payments and route to management.
• Input lease data into Yardi.
