Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public or sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain before interacting with residents.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record all visits on reports and file guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Update availability reports and file rental history.
