ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process. You will work closely with the property manager to achieve leasing goals and maintain property standards.

The role requires staying informed about market trends, managing leasing processes, answering inquiries, and supporting move-ins.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and market available properties.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants for suitability.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist residents to ensure a smooth move-in and maintain occupancy.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email with timely information.
• Plan and participate in marketing events to increase property visibility.
• Explain lease and community policies to residents clearly and accurately.
