Job summary

Valiant Residential seeks a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, retention, and occupancy while promoting resident satisfaction. Greet prospects, prepare move-in packets, and record visits, ensuring accurate guest cards and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.

You will coordinate applications, deposits, and renewals, monitor advertising effectiveness, and interact professionally with residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Requires experience working with the public or in sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify them using criteria and guest cards.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards per procedures.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits according to procedures.
