Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required and you will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

Responsibilities include showing units, closing sales, handling paperwork, lead follow-up within 24 hours, and supporting marketing efforts to meet leasing goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and all necessary follow-up needed.
• Completes all leasing paperwork needed before move-in
