Job summary

CREI Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to interface with prospective residents, handle day-to-day issues, and coordinate lease renewals at the community. You will follow Fair Housing standards, screen applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales, and communication skills, with training on closing techniques and objections. Office-based with potential for weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects and visitors.
• Lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings.
• Coordinate outside marketing under supervision.
• Review applications including credit and income verifications and background checks.
• Prepare lease packets and ensure proper documentation and signatures.
• Ensure apartment condition prior to move-in and conduct final inspection.
• Follow up with residents to promote renewals and manage lease renewals.
